If you begin the Ten Series, but find it does not fulfill you're expectations, there are some logical "exit points" in the ten series. These occur after the first, third, and seventh sessions. This is because certain sessions--such as four, five, and six--balance each other. Talk to your Rolfer if an alternate plan needs to be worked out. Our goal is to have you leave the studio feeling as balanced and pain-free as possible, so we will make accomodations when necessary. The client is always in charge of the process.
