How Far Apart Should Sessions Be Scheduled?

Generally, sessions can happen a few days to a few weeks apart.  However, certain sessions should happen in relatively close proximity to each other so that the body feels optimally balanced.  Sessions four, five, and six are such sessions.  Ideally, no more than one or two weeks should pass between each of these sessions.  Most clients feel it is best for all of the sessions to happen one or two weeks apart from each other.  This gives time for the body to integrated the changes from the past session, yet is close enough that the client feels continuity throughout the series.  Usually, the scheduling for the ten series will happen in the first couple sessions so that accommodations can be made for the client's and Rolfer's schedule.  This does not mean you are committed to the whole series of sessions, if it turns out that Rolfing is not for you.  Also, appointments can be changed as needed.  Please give plenty of notice, if this is the case.  Please see the cancellation policy for more on this.
